To file LLP accounts with companies house

At present Taxfiler allows LLP accounts to be produced, but these cannot be filed to companies house in the same way as a company. If Taxfiler can submit these please, without having to print and send to companies house, an archaic way... Although...

Balance Sheet statement of audit exemption under s479

For small group subsidiaries claiming s479 audit exemption. Currently taxfiler only provides for s477 (small non-group).

Ability to have Fair Value Reserve

Currently the software is not compliant with accounting standards, As any fair value of tangible fixed assets as any revaluation needs to be shown in a Fair Value Reserve
