Can we put HMRC online filing status into the filing screens?

Can we put the CH/HMRC gateway status that is in OpenPortal into filing windows within our software so that when users go to file they would be warned that the gateway is down etc. ahead of filing.

Ability to create one Trust & Estate tax return for an Estate in Administration for the whole period of administration (instead of doing one for each year in administration)
