Allow reports to reflect last date of WIP

when running any report or data mine it appears you can select last invoice date fine, but not last WIP date. this helps to clear old accounts

Datamine clients unticked for statements

Once a client has been unticked for statements, unless we keep a manual list of them, it is difficult to know which clients they are. Sometimes we untick a client for a couple of statement runs.

New user permission to stop users from posting WIP Write Off's.

Currently, there are no individual permissions to stop users from posting WIP Write Off's. Could you add a permission that stops users from posting WIP Write offs

Allow practice to choose lock dates for Time & Fee periods instead of the current restrictions
