Change surname of shareholder (non PSC or director) and file 'voluntary' CS01 with full shareholder list

Classes of Share Capital Allowed

HI There At present you can only have 3 classes of shares without having to then add a freeform note for the company share capital. Can this not be increased to handle up to say 10 share classes please. Thank you

Datamine clients unticked for statements

Once a client has been unticked for statements, unless we keep a manual list of them, it is difficult to know which clients they are. Sometimes we untick a client for a couple of statement runs.

Tabulation of director's loan account disclosure

Detailed summaries need to be shown when loans have been made to directors along with comparative figures for the prior period for FRS 105. At the moment I can only disclose these figures in free text without any columns.

Bulk Upload Approval

Allow documents requiring approval for various clients to be bulk uploaded to Iris Open Space from staff control panel. i.e. engagement letters for the whole practice to be generated and bulk uploaded

Privilege to prevent users from completing jobs

Could we add a privilege to prevent users from completing jobs, as sometimes jobs are completed and rolled on and this causes deadlines to be missed

Add statutory deadline date to automail tag selection options

When using Automail to chase clients for year end records it would be very useful to be able to add the statutory deadline date a a tag without having to enter this manually. As new companies have a different deadline to the month end.
