Internal Approvals

In order to cut down on scanning / printing approved client documents in order that a partner can approve them before they are filed with HMRC, it would good that these internal approvals are treated in the same manner as external client approvals...

Tabulation of director's loan account disclosure

Detailed summaries need to be shown when loans have been made to directors along with comparative figures for the prior period for FRS 105. At the moment I can only disclose these figures in free text without any columns.

Ability to override errors when preparing Accounts.

Every time I prepare micro Co accounts under FRS 105 there are errors on the review page due to brought forward values differences to last years actual values. This is the case as Xero will not have a separate reporting for brought forward values ...

Option to add the data input page status to the detailed report

Sometimes we send the detailed report to the client when trying to fill in the gaps - it would be useful to see 'complete' or 'awaiting information' next to each section as appropriate. First requested Nov 2016

Ability to upload a document to all openspace clients from within openspace

Thought this would be a built in feature. Wanted to upload urgent info about office open/closed and revised staff contacts etc due to COVID-19 and was surprised it could not be done simply from within openspace.
