New field in database for Date of last Engagement Letter

For those of us that do not issue Engagement Letters from IRIS Automail, being able to use datamining to list clients showing the date of the latest Engagement Letter would be very useful to track which ones need to be reviewed and maybe re-issued...

Tagging Error - Account Code 415

Account code 415 does not seem to be tagging for ixbrl. I think it should as per account 414 as it is in the same account group. This creates a warning in ixbrl reports.

File security and limited access

We can restrict access to only certain email addresses at the client end, but at "our" end any colleague given Openspace access can see all clients. It would therefore be really useful to be able to restrict access to only certain email addresses ...

Ability to print Task and Job lists on Practice Manager

Being able to print off tracking reports is an essential tool to track tax return and accounts jobs, as this give a document that can be used one to one with a team member and at managerial meetings etc

Allow refresh from the dividends database

If the dividends database has been updated since rolling the tax return forward, it would be good to be able to refresh the entries. If would also be useful to know when the dividends database has been updated and when to. First Requested May 2016

The ability to be able to enter a client terminated date in bulk.

This would be helpful to make sure that ex clients who left before this feature was added to Iris, can also be included and have a date entered in the terminated date box.

Being able to run a report of all active clients from all platforms, PT, BT, TT, etc

It's useful to have one complete list as opposed to looking at 4 lists simultaneously.

Ability to go directly to newly added / created Client

Ability to go directly to newly added / created Client. The only option after new client creation is to click back to all clients list. Then type the name or code again. Could we have a button to click us directly to this newly created one?
