Add "Accepted by Companies House" to Accounts status when accepted by Companies House

It will enable quick confirmation that the accounts have been accepted by CH on the home screen. Particularly necessary as CH can take a while to accept and sometimes there is an issue. This function is on CT600, not sure why it's not on Accounts ...

Download accounts and detailed Balance Sheet in one single download and pdf re FRS 105 Accs

Standard BS in FRS 105 is next to meaningless. Being able to send the detailed BS as well in the same pdf download would help (the one that's marked "working papers". BUT, make it balance first please. It excludes LT creditors too.
