When asking a client to digitally approve a document, would be helpful if we could change the default wording to something similar to the Automail letter, "lease check this return carefully" etc. and similarly when asking them to approve accounts, to wording similar to the client approval within the accounts, so that we do not hav eto re key it in every time.

Thanks for your idea, i know it would be more generic but what about using email templates for this effect? So on the approval email you could say "please check this document carefully"
