IRIS Docs monitors email subject line for auto email filing. It would be useful if all O/S emails contained that client number.

Just tested it and it works you can just copy and paste this ##File_Owner_Reference## in the email template
Mike - is this possible on all emails? For example on the 'File added to client' template this tag doesn't seem to be available for use.
I've confirmed with the team that what i suggested above should achieve this, can you confirm?
Hi Richard, i think this can be done by adding ##File_Owner_Reference## to your email template subject line. You are referring to the client ID right?
