Suppress client delete email when deleting a client that was Not Registered

If you delete a client in openspace, even if the client had never registered, it still sends an email to say that the client has been deleted... We're currently dealing with a lot of unregistered clients who never took up the openspace service and it would be preferable to suppress the "Client Deleted" email, at least when deleting un-registered clients! At the moment we're having to go into each un-registered client, un-check notifications and then go back to the list of clients to delete them.

We have added this option now, so when you delete a client you can untick a box so that the delete emails doesn't send.

Yes i see what you mean, i must admit i am torn with not notifying clients when you delete their account. But actually as you say if they have never activated an account before then it makes more sense not to notify them. Ill discuss with the team our options and come back to you.

In the meantime you could modify the email template for client deleted under settings, customisation, email templates to make it more user friendly.
