Bookkeeper complains they have not got invoice.
Director does not want bookkeeper to have access to the whole Openspace account.
This could be modified as well because the bookkeeper might want to be communicating documents or backups to us via the portal, but they should not have access to the CT returns etc.
We would need to look at adding user permissions to OpenSpace to achieve this. Will update you once we start to discuss this.
