Client Notifications Override

The facility to instruct OpenSpace not to send an email notification to a client when you upload a document. For some of the larger clients that may have 15 or 20 companies this could be irritating when receiving a number of email. Normally with larger clients we will email them in advance informing them that we are about to upload documents to OpenSpace.

    Thanks Mike, so the ask is not sending notifications on normal file upload via IRIS

    Hi Mike, you should have the option not to send notifications on file upload from Accountancy Suite or OpenSpace. Lets discuss in more detail
