For OpenSpace to automatically send approval request reminders at set intervals or being able to bulk select all documents waiting for approval and request with one click rather than having to request each one individually?

Mike I would say in my opinion it doesn't work in the best way, on the dashboard there is list of outstanding approvals, but when you select to dismiss them think it it will not send a email reminder open space still sends a reminder to any document you have uploaded and requested in the past. this means to stop the reminder for old documents you need to log in to individual clients and cancel the request. this is what the IRIS support team have informed me. surely IRIS can see this is totally impractical.

Hi Martin,
If you go to settings, customization, there is an option to setup reminders to be sent after 7,14,30 days.
Also if you go to the all files section on the dashboard you can use the notify button to send bulk reminders.
