Automated document expiry date - this will save time pruning old files if we can set a "use by" date for client files uploaded. Sharepoint will do this
Staff save time not having to prune files. Clients save time not having to trawl through so many to find their documents
Thanks for your feedback, we are looking into adding an rules which you can customize to set documents to auto delete after X amount of time. In the meantime have you looked the all files section on OpenSpace dashboard? From there accountant and clients can view all their files, arrange by date,size and search etc
As the accountant you can do bulk actions such as download and delete, would that help you and your clients in the interim?
