We can see a list of staff users, but not client users - currently, if an OpenSpace client is showing as 'Active' we have no idea which of the users set up on that client have actually signed up and logged in.
We are unable to see if a user has been setup on all their associated OpenSpace clients in one place we have to look at individual clients to see if that user is listed.
Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. It's more a question of the users attached to each client. If there was only one user for each client, there's no problem. But we have lots of OpenSpace clients with multiple users - we need info on each of these users (have they registered, last logged in) At the moment this information is only available at client level, which is no good if there are 5 different users for that client.
Thanks for your feedback, we are adding some extra information to the export client CSV. To give you more visibility on what clients have been invited to OpenSpace with their email addresses and also which staff members are receiving notifications for that client.
I assume you are after a way to re send an activation email to all clients which have never logged in before? In OpenSpace you should be able to see the last logged in for that client record.
