Clients have managed on regular occasions that if they want to reject a document rather than approve, there is no such button/tab. We have to explain again and again that to reject a document you have to click on the 'Approve' tab which confuses them. They now leave all documents that they would have rejected as they think once they click on the 'Approve' tab, that they will have approved a document they want to reject - there currently is no way of them knowing that the 'Approve' tab is actually the 'Approve or Reject' tab.
