Some clients complain that they receive too many emails as one for every approval online. If we could bundle upload (as in upload more than one at a time) so that the client only gets 1 email but online, they are all individual files and so would need individual approvals.

Re: bundling multiple docs into one document for approval is something we have avoided as we are for example, uploading contract letters together with a tax return package but it is food for thought however it might mean that the 'one document' would be 60 pages long for example.
Regarding logging onto Openspace and upload as it seems to only look for external documents instead of being able to upload from Practice Management/Communications - we don't want to have to save anything extra to our server when it is in Comms. Do you know of a way to do this where it can pick up docs from Communications?
Hello, is there a reason why you dont bundle multiple documents into one document for approval?
If not, in the meantime you can login to OpenSpace directly and do bulk uploads for approval which would only send one email if all documents were for eApproval.
