It would be useful if when clients upload documents to OpenSpace, they are able to add a note.
We have a client who would like to be able to upload documents and add a note, we think this is a suitable suggestion and would help many of our clients and us.
We find that many clients will upload or deal with a file on OpenSpace and then follow up with an email. So instead of this, if they are uploading a file or attending to a document, somewhere to add a comment would be useful.
That would be useful. E.g. Client uploads say a copy invoice and just wants to note why a figure differs from expected. Or, client has uploaded something which they think may need adjusting or to note an error - a quick side not to the document would be useful and keep it with the document rather than a detached note in a separate email

Thanks for the idea, how do clients usually get in touch with you? Email? What kind of notes do you think they would want to share?
