If there are multiple people within an organisation which need to receive documents for approval from us, but we need to restrict who can see what else has been uploaded on openspace.
For example Director who needs to approve a document on behalf of the company but the owners do not want the Director to be able to see the final accounts/tax returns etc. This could be done by restricting clients to only be able to access certain folders?
This would be really useful & save having to open duplicate OS accounts, especially when only one can be linked to Practice Manager.
we currently set up different open space accounts for over come this problem. However if different permissions existed this would save on admin and human error
This would be great we have bookkeepers who need to access invoices but Directors that don't want them seeing the rest of the information in the account. Being able to set different permissions would make this A LOT easier for our finance team!
Is there any movement on this option yet as this is something that I have been asked about a number of times. Thank you
Thanks for the idea, yes we are looking into folder permissions for this reason. Will be in touch once we make more progress on this.
