We would like to be able to extract our client names and telephone numbers into a CSV or Excel file. This is so that we can import them to our telephone system so it can look up the name of who is calling us.
At the moment we can only extract the "main" telephone number and all the other telephone numbers stored in Iris are unavailable to export outside the software. Doesn't matter how this is done, whether a report or data mining or SQL table practice reporting, just need a way to access the data.
