IRIS Personal Tax will sometimes allocate allowances in the most tax efficient way. It does not tell you how it has allocated the allowances. It would be helpful for it to provide notes or a calculation breakdown so as to be able to see how such cases have been calculated, instead of having to complete a manual reconciliation of the calculation
