We currently use the “NC” - New Client service start and end dates to denote when a client engaged with us and left. Rather than using a service for this it would make sense to have a separate start and termination date for clients to allow reporting and data mining lists to be generated for new and lost clients accurately.

The data fields are available in data mining under the basic items. They are listed as Client Start Date and Client Terminated Date.
