1. Each month we will produce letters to clients inviting them to send in their books.

1. As necessary we will then generate reminders.

1. All of these letters are generated using datamining.

1. We have created job stages, but we have been told there is no way to generate letters automatically from job stages unless it is linked to a stage that is completed / processed.

What we would like.

1. To be able to set a date e.g. 30 days before period end, when a letter or email is generated.

1. Have the system insert this into the processing queue for printing etc.

1. An option to connect the letter / e-mail generation to some other activity or flag. e.g. 1st Year End letter / Email sent and Books not received / Job Stage not started / completed.

Who will benefit?

1. Everybody.

1. Doing this task manually and is an unnecessary cost to the business.

1. By automating there is less chance of someone being missed and regular communication will hopefully keep work flowing on a more manageable way.

1. Why in 2020 are humans doing a simple administrative task that can be automated.
