At times we want to send out emails to numerous clients (newsletters, reminders to certain groups of people), however this can't be generated through Iris.
The best we can do is generate a letter though Automail to email out to numerous clients. Iris will only let you bulk email with an attachment.
We would like to be able to select several clients, and at the click of a button a blank Outlook email is generated so we can then add content. I hope this is a feature that could be added soon!
