We would like to be able to use special characters within IRIS
We have a client who changed their name which included a special character and we were unable to electronically file the document because Iris does not support this facility.
This will require further investigation. Please contact Support to discuss, for example what is the character and at what point can you not continue? Which document was this on? It may be a restriction at Companies House.
This may also be a defect if it should be allowed and not a future idea. Defects are investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
