as part of Pension compliance/payroll each client with a pension now needs to complete a Declaration of compliance re pensions where staff can choose to again opt in or out of the pension, this is not optional and the fines for missing these declarations can be up to £2000, therefore so we dont miss any of these for our payroll clients we need a re-occuring job to be set up on PM, the problem is that there is no 3 yearly repeat re-occurance.
Could this be added on so we can then have the Declarations of compliance jobs on our PM system to reminf staff every 3 years that this is due.
This is probably the first time these are being done as its probably about 3 years ago when the government introduced the compulsory pension schemes for employers, so will be useful for a lot of clients.

Hi Kate,
thank you for the suggestion. To a degree, you can use the Task functionality in IRIS PM to achieve this by using the recurrence functionality built into tasks.
