When emailing through the communications tab, you have to click on the magnifying glass to see if there is additional email addresses, which we use for sending VAT Receipts and Statements to. Would be good to see it in the communication tab rather than having to click into each individual client. At least then you can choose to change the ones that show an extra email address.
