If the job is not a standard job type then you are not able to use the automatically complete when fields as the option is N/A.
For example we have a job set up for P11D's - we would like our job stage 'Submitted to HMRC' to automatically complete when P11D has been submitted.
The feature is there for standard job types but would also be useful for other stages.
