We have a client who wants her personal correspondence to go to the company address rather than her home address. It seems that the best option we have is to change the address to the company address every time we send the client a letter and then remember to change it back again. This could easily be forgotten in the case of bulk mailings. Maybe your development team could create another address option for ‘correspondence address if different’? HMRC have a similar feature so it should be feasible to set up.
