Introduce a report which can be generated to automatically pull the average number of employees from our payroll software (IRIS Payroll Professional) into IRIS Accounts Production (the same way depreciation is pulled from the fixed asset module) to assist with the creation of financial statements.
It is a reporting requirement under FRS so a report from the system is needed so we can back up the working papers and what goes on the statutory accounts.
Currently this is a totally manual process
