Client list to be more accessible

I have never understood why, on both Time ledger & Fees ledger, there isn't an "existing client" icon on the first screen? 

Instead you have to click on "file" , then select "clients".

 

I would have thought that selecting a client would be one of the most-used first steps in any search - so why is it relegated to second-tier status?

 

Ok, it's not a major issue, just a nuisance that could be remedied please.
