We have just had to fill in a blank form SH02 and upload this ourselves to Companies House to file (Form SH02) to reflect redeemable shares having been redeemed. The issue is we cannot reflect this action on the Iris Database and it leavers our register and client informaiton incorrect and not in line with Companies House. This needs to be addressed and updated
