Clients often don't know who their client manager is. It would save having to open the client record for receptionists to know who to put a client's call through to. It would also be useful to be able to have the client's main telephone number shown. It would be useful to be able to decide the column order and which columns are displayed eg 'Last access' column is redundant

Agree, we often are opening the client record just to find partner and manager allocation. This would be a most useful thing to have as columns on the client browser.
