For some strange reason IRIS Data Mining only lets you data mine one Client name field. This specific field is character limited. We use IRIS Data Mining as a basis for mail merges and client communications. It is crazy that despite all the money we pay to IRIS each month, it isn't possible to extract the clients full name using Data Mining. I believe this is also an issue in Auto Mail

Hi Alan,
When referring to the full client name, do you mean the full business name? If so, you can access this under the business folder in data mining.
