Guarantee companies without share capital are required to maintain a registers of members (as these often do not match the officers of the company we have to create manual registers because IRIS does not provide an option for maintaining members with votes and profit rights (without shareholdings). We just need to be able to track members' names, voting/profit rights, entry and cease dates.
