The PSC entries have 2 dates that need to be recorded within the register: the date of becoming a PSC (e.g. beneficial interest was transferred on 01/02/2024) and the date that this is physically entered into the registers (e.g. 13/02/24 when the stamped stock transfer form was received and could be entered into the registers) – often two separate dates as this entry cannot be backdated.
There is no way to record both these dates in the PSC register.
And the PSC01 form section 8 can only be amended by using the edit-XML function – this needs to be fixed.
This also needs to pull through correctly on the print of registers as well.
