Updating the registers with things like share issues and transfers, cannot be entered correctly and does not pull through on the register reports accurately:
If the effective date of share issues being approved to new members is 13/01/24, but the registers are not updated until 14/01/24, then legally the date of the event needs to be 13th but the member’s entry date needs to be the 14th
Currently the event date can be input and the transaction entry dates can be amended but the register pulls through the transaction details instead of the event details for both the transaction date and member’s entry date.
This needs to be fixed to pull through correctly on the print of registers and things like PSC forms.
