Ability to enter Companies House Personal Code (for IDV) for non-clients.
as far as i can tell, you have not built in a mechanism in the IRIS suite to capture the personal code of a 'non client' that is a PSC or director or member. how will this be addressed? seems to be a fairly big omission if i am correct.
I assume it would be quite a straight forward field to insert for non-clients.
i raised this with support. their suggestion was to convert the non-client to a full client and raise the idea on this idea portal for the developers to see.
i dont know if this impacts some customers who might have limitations on the number of 'clients' in IRIS. we have unlimited clients, so makes no difference to me, other than to now have to issue a 'client id' for non clients which will impact my reporting, where i only want to be able to see real 'clients'
