Can statements be produced in PDF's? they are currently only produced in WORD and are therefore able to be altered. Also they are being deleted due to users being told to be careful with Word Documents via email.
Hello Darren, you can already generate statements as PDF by changing the properties of the template. This is done by logging into IRIS as master | go into IRIS Fees | click Options | select Documents | select Maintain Templates | right click on your statement template | click Properties | change the Save As option to PDF and click OK.
