Ability to define at a practice level the file naming convention of file output to automatically show key information such as tax year, year end, draft, final

ability to specify how a file such as a PDF set of accounts is named.

E.g. for final full accounts y/e 31/12/2018 for ABC Limited (Client ID A001) printed on 31/01/2019 by IRIS user LE

File name could be:

A001-ABC LIMITED-FINAL-FULL ACCOUNTS-YE-31122018-LE-31012019

And you can change the order of any of the above fields to suit each firm.

tags could include:

-tax year

-year end

-client name

-client reference id

-iris user initials

-date of printing

-time of printing

-output name (e.g. personal tax return, corporation tax return, full accounts, tax computation)
