Property allowance - if a residential let property has expenses of less than a £1,000 then it is more beneficial to use the £1,000 property allowance. If you forget to apply for this ( why is it not automatic?) then you will only have the expenses you have inputted on to the software. There should be some sort of reminder on the software for those clients that fit the scenario of expenses less than £1,000.
Marriage allowance - If both clients are linked on our software as married and both income figures are inputted on to PT then why can't the marriage allowance be automatic or at least a prompt as a reminder, again could be missed and forgotten
