It would be helpful to have the email function within Practice Management upgraded so that a greater degree of text formatting (fonts etc) can be used, together with adding attachments.
It would also be helpful to be able to add additional email recipients not listed within the PM data base as well.
Generally the whole feel and look of the email function in PM is dated and clunky
