The error message for client import failures via CSV is very generic and gives no indication what the problem is. I had an instance where there was a format error in the UTR (I had "N/A" in the CSV instead of a blank cell) and the support team was not able to identify the problem; I finally worked it out by trial and error. Surely it should be straightforward to program a specific error message (eg "Formatting error in [x] field".
