Share certificate numbers to correlate with the shares as they are issued.

When issuing shares, if there is a mistake made and the share issue gets deleted, the certificate number increases and does not revert to the number before the deleted share was entered.

Company Secretarial - Shares in Foreign Currencies

Company Secretarial cannot deal with companies issuing shares in other foreign currency denominations (USD, EUR, etc). Please incorporate this facility as well.
