Mail merge within Outlook and automated emails based on job profile stages

To use the auto mail engine but through outlook which can then send the emails directly to recipients based on email addresses already held in the database. To be able to create email templates for various job stages, which get prepared in draft...

Can there be a "save as" button available when a report has been run to screen

This is so a specific report can be retained / saved rather than being updated if stored in communications tracking.

Add Alternative Agent to Datamining in IRIS Practice Management

This would make it much easier to identify clients who are attached to an alternative set of agent credentials for filing to HMRC / CH.

The ability to 'log' the Checklist sent to client in April

It would be useful if there was the function to 'log' the personal tax checklist when it is generated earlier in the year. It is then easier to print another copy again, rather than having to regenerate one from the Personal Tax

When emailing through the communications tab, it would be useful to be able to include your email signature without having to copy and paste it.

It would be useful to have this facility because at the moment you have to copy and paste your email signature into the end of the email to make it look professional. There is not a facility to be able to include this.

Bulk Delete: ability to filter on different fields, I.e attributes

atbthe moment when a client ceases to be a client the client ID is prefixed with a Z and an attribute added for the year. Within the new bulk delete it would be really useful to be able to filter based on that attribute
