To use the auto mail engine but through outlook which can then send the emails directly to recipients based on email addresses already held in the database.
To be able to create email templates for various job stages, which get prepared in draft format in the background without any user intervention based on due dates. user would then review the draft emails that have been mail merged and select whether to email out or delete.
Emails sent out to be stored against client communications so all users have visibility of what has been sent.
Could also extend to chaser emails when stages have not been completed after a certain number of days have elapsed (e.g. quarter end reminder sent out for VAT return, after 7 days to send a reminder)
