Be good if Automail could produce e-mail templates in Outlook rather than just Word

Increasingly more communications are being sent by electronic means but Automail only seems to cater for Word documents. Being able to setup up Outlook templates to populate from the IRIS Suite would be of great use and time saving.

Being able to pull through a logged on member of staffs email through to an automail template

We can input the email address on staff maintenance but there is currently no tag availiable to select to be able to pull through an email address of the logged on staff member.
