Emails not sent list

When bulk emailing from Iris it would be useful if it generated a report to show which emails haven't been sent. We currently have to tick lists off one by one to find out which letters haven't been sent.

Include Signature when emailing documenst directly from iris

When in send an email using outlook i have a signature and disclaimer at teh bottom of my emails. This look more professional. It would be nice for emails being sent from Iris could utilise the signature already set up in outlook.

Can we put HMRC online filing status into the filing screens?

Can we put the CH/HMRC gateway status that is in OpenPortal into filing windows within our software so that when users go to file they would be warned that the gateway is down etc. ahead of filing.
