Job Profile automatic job completion

It would be advantageous if the job stages which include payment of our fees were able to be automatically completed when fees are processed through time and fees.

Letter of representation

Would it be possible to get a standard letter of representation to be available once accounts have been accepted so that clients can sign and this completes the whole process

PM Tasks

It would be advantageous there was an option within privileges to stop tasks being posted to staff members. For example when they have left or are on leave.

When emailing through the communications tab, it would be useful to be able to include your email signature without having to copy and paste it.

It would be useful to have this facility because at the moment you have to copy and paste your email signature into the end of the email to make it look professional. There is not a facility to be able to include this.

We would like to be able to cater for CIC companies in Company Secretarial.

Iris does not currently support this facility and it would be useful for us to be able to cater for CIC companies.

Button to download Filleted Accounts on Check/File Screen for Accounts

I always send both sets of accounts to the client - this would make things a lot easier to do this
