A report that shows how the personal allowance has been allocated in the tax comp

This would be useful to check allocation and argue with HMRC, especially when working out Scottish tax rate differences.

Remove employment supplement on roll forward if employment has ceased during the year.

Please give us a tick box on the employment page to show that the employment has ceased, then don't create an employment data input page on roll forward if ticked (that way you won't be asking for something on the questionnaire that doesn't exist).
